How are we regulated?
The Keystone XL Pipeline is governed according to regulations outlined by the United States Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the Canada Energy Regulator (CER), which replaced the National Energy Board (NEB) in August 2019.
